On August 4, 2025, Henrico County announced plans to create a neighborhood park on Patterson Avenue. The wooded 6-acre property is located next to Maybeury Elementary School and the Tuckahoe Family YMCA.
Tuckahoe Supervisor Jody Rogish and Henrico County Recreation & Parks invites the public to a second community meeting about the future park. Guests will be able to view park concepts, talk with staff, and share their feedback.
