The object of this action is to grant Earl Prosise, the Plaintiff, a divorce from the bonds of matrimony from Cristina Prosise, the Defendant, on the grounds of having lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and .without interruption for more than one year with the intent to remain separate and apart permanently.
It appears by affidavit that the Defendant is a nonresident individual, it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before July 10, 2026 , a date at least fifty
(50) days after the entry of this Order, to protect her interest herein.
It is further ORDERED that, pursuant to Virginia Code § 8.01-317, this Order be electronically published once a week for four successive weeks on the Henrico County Website in lieu of publication in a newspaper. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse and shall mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant at her last known address, 9805 Three Chopt Road, Richmond, Virginia 23228.
The Clerk of this Court shall further cause copies of this Order to be so electronically posted, mailed to the Defendant’s last known address, and mailed to the attorney of record in this matter. Upon completion of such electronic publication, the Clerk of this Court shall file a certificate with papers of this case that the requirements of Virginia Code 8.01-317 have been so complied.
AND THIS ORDER IS HEREBY ENTERED, and the matters continued on the Court’s active docket for further proceedings.
