The object of this suit is to allow the petitioners Michael James Poindexter, joined by the children’s mother Claudia Ester Ramos, to adopt the children known as Josue Eliel Escobar Ramos and Genesis Belen Escobar Ramos pursuant to Virginia Code Section 63.2-1241. However, the petitioners have been unable to locate the birth father, Salvador Armando Escobar Elias, for purposes of service and whose parental rights must be terminated to proceed with the adoption. Diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of Salvador Armando Escobar Elias. An affidavit has been filed in support hereof. The last known address of Salvador Armando Escobar Elias is: Residencial Villa Constitucion, Poligono Bl Casa 1, 806810, Nejapa, San Salvador.
Upon consideration, this Order of Publication is GRANTED and it is therefore ORDERED that the birth father Salvador Armando Escobar Elias appear on or before 6-8-2026 in the Circuit Court of Henrico County and do what is necessary
to protect his interests.
And it is further ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks on the Henrico Circuit Court’s.website, be mailed to the last known address of Salvador Armando Escobar Elias and be posted at the front door of the Circuit Court of Henrico
County.
