Henrico County Board of Supervisors Vice Chairman and Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a constituent meeting Wednesday, Sept. 13 to discuss health care and financial assistance that may be available for senior citizens. He also will lead a discussion of the topic “Why Do Counties Matter?”
Thornton will be joined by Jelisa S. Turner, Henrico’s advocate for the aging.
