Henrico to host job fair March 30

Henrico County’s general government and Virginia Career Works-Capital Region will host a job fair Saturday, March 30 to highlight opportunities to serve the community.

The fair, which is free and open to the public, will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the Henrico County Training Center, 7701 E. Parham Road.

Attending will be representatives of at least 20 county departments and agencies, including the Police, Recreation and Parks, Information Technology, Community Revitalization, Public Utilities, Public Works, Social Services, Sheriff’s Office, Voter Registration, Human Resources, Capital Region Workforce Partnership, Henrico County Public Library, Henrico Area Mental Health & Developmental Services and Henrico County Public Schools.

The fair will feature workshops, including one on how to make your application stand out in the recruitment process.
