Virtual Brookland meeting Nov. 18 to highlight county’s recreation, mental health services

Henrico County Board of Supervisors Vice Chairman and Brookland District Supervisor Dan Schmitt will host a discussion about mental health services and recreational programs available to Henrico residents at a virtual Brookland Beat constituent meeting set for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18.

The meeting will include Laura Totty, executive director of Henrico Area Mental Health and Developmental Services; Christine Campbell, an appointed member of the Mental Health and Developmental Services Board; and Neil Luther, director of Henrico’s Division of Recreation and Parks.

Residents will be able to watch the meeting, ask questions and participate in the discussion through the WebEx video platform.
