Sips & Strings event June 21 will present South Hill Banks, Harwell Grice Band
Virginia bluegrass bands South Hill Banks and The Harwell Grice Band will headline the first concert at the Henrico Sports & Events Center on Friday, June 21.
Tickets for the Sips & Strings concert are available through Ticketmaster, beginning today. South Hill Banks and The Harwell Grice Band have earned reputations for performing a brand of energetic bluegrass that has entertained audiences and inspired plenty of stomping and dancing across Virginia and beyond.
“We are thrilled to welcome another layer of entertainment to Henrico with South Hill Banks and The Harwell Grice Band,” said Dennis Bickmeier, executive director of the Henrico Sports & Entertainment Authority. “Sips & Strings is an exciting opportunity to showcase the true versatility of the Henrico Sports & Events Center, and we are hopeful this is one of many concerts hosted here.”
The concert is presented by ASM Global in collaboration with the Henrico Sports & Entertainment Authority. The Henrico Sports & Events Center has attracted more than 110,000 guests for games, tournaments and other events since opening in October.
