The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:

Sidewalk along the west side of Beulah Road between East Williamsburg Road and Green Hollow Lane.

Estimated Schedule:
Design is complete. Right-of-way acquisition is complete. Utility relocation is not anticipated. Advertisement for construction is complete. Construction is complete. Project completed December 2020.
