The County of Henrico will be increasing pedestrian access and connectivity with the following improvements including:

Sidewalk along the north side of Causeway Drive between North Gayton Road and the community clubhouse.

Right-of-way acquisition is complete.
Utility relocation is not applicable for this project.
Advertisement for construction is not anticipated for this project.
Construction is anticipated to begin February 2023.
Project completion is anticipated June 2023.

Progress to Date

The study results were presented to the community April 2020. After receiving acceptance from the community, the project is now scheduled to be scoped and funded for final design and construction.
A community meeting was held March 24, 2022 for the County to present the project. The HOA board approved the project.
