The County of Henrico will be installing pedestrian improvements to include Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons (PHB) and upgrades to curb ramps in the vicinity of the following locations:

  • Tuckahoe Middle School on Three Chopt Road (TMS)
    • Construction is anticipated to begin 3rd Quarter, 2026
  • Douglas S. Freeman High School on Three Chopt Road (FHS)
    • Construction is anticipated to begin 3rd Quarter, 2026
  • Hermitage High School on Hungary Spring Road (HHS)
    • Construction is anticipated to begin 2027
