The County of Henrico is developing a design to enhance roadway safety and improve pedestrian access and connectivity. Proposed improvements under consideration include, but are not limited to:
- Installation of up to five roundabouts at the following locations:

- Cox Road & Grainmill Court
- Cox Road & Spinning Wheel Way
- Cox Road & Stonemill Road
- Cox Road & Guyana Drive/Kennedy Rd
- Brookmont Drive & Persimmon Trek
- Bike lanes between roundabout locations
- Targeted pedestrian accessibility within the roundabout limits
- Speed humps in select areas along the corridor
- Design is preliminary
- Right-of-way acquisition is not anticipated
- Utility relocation is not anticipated
- Advertisement for construction is not anticipated
- Construction is TBD
