Project Description:

The intent of the project is to improve multimodal function, transit access, and accessibility along Darbytown Road by adding protected pedestrian walk way and crosswalks.  The first improvement phase is from city/county line to Shirleydale Drive intersection. (Linked sketch is a concept to guide plan development, not a detailed plan)
