The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:
- Approximately 450-ft of sidewalk on the north and south sides of E. Laburnum Avenue between Mechanicsville Turnpike and Adams Road.
- Signalized pedestrian crossing.
- Upgrades to two existing GRTC transit stops.
