E. Laburnum Pedestrian Improvements

Project Description:
The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:
- Approximately 1,550-ft of sidewalk on the north side of E. Laburnum Avenue between Austin Avenue and Adams Road.
- Upgrades to one existing GRTC transit stop.
- Crosswalk Enhancements at E. Laburnum Ave and Austin Ave Intersection.
- Additional Crosswalks at Adams Road.
