The County of Henrico will be developing a project to construct pedestrian improvements at the intersection of Forest Avenue and Skipwith Road. The new improvements include ADA ramps and a signal for pedestrians to cross. The existing span wire supporting the signal heads will be removed and a mast arm constructed. |
