Magisterial District: Fairfield

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase bicycle and pedestrian access along with improving safety and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:

The restriping of Hilliard Road from Lakeside Avenue to Brook Road to include protected bicycle lanes in both eastbound and westbound lanes.
Pedestrian safety enhancements at the crossing of the proposed Fall Line Trail.

Design is anticipated to begin December 2022.
Right-of-way acquisition is not anticipated.
Utility relocation is not anticipated.
Advertisement for construction is anticipated Quarter 1, 2025
Construction is anticipated Quarter 2, 2025.
