Libbie Avenue Road Diet

The County of Henrico will construct a combination of shared-use path and two-way bike lanes along the east side of Libbie Avenue between West Broad Street and Bethlehem Road. On-street parking will be maintained between Libbie Mill West Boulevard/N. Crestwood Avenue and Lehigh Circle. Lane reconfiguration will include removing the slip lane from northbound Libbie Avenue onto Libbie Mill West Boulevard and making the current right through lane a right-turn only lane. Additionally, the dedicated right-turn lane between Libbie Mill West Boulevard and Indigo Road will be removed in the northbound direction and one through lane will be removed in the southbound direction between these two intersections. A two-way center turn lane will be provided between Indigo Road and Bethlehem Road.
