North Gayton Road Bike and Pedestrian Improvements

Magisterial District: Three Chopt

The County of Henrico is designing safety improvements for the portion of North Gayton Road between Hardings Trace Way and Ridgemere Drive. Improvements include the construction of a paved shared use path, a pedestrian crossing, and push-button rapid flashing beacons in both directions on North Gayton Road.

Study is complete. Design is complete. Right-of-way acquisition is complete. Utility relocation was not applicable. Construction began August 2023. The project is complete.
