N Parham Road Sidewalk and Signals

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:
- Approximately 0.4-miles of sidewalk along N. Parham Road from Homeview Drive to Skipwith Road.
- Associated ADA compliant ramps.
- Upgraded traffic signal at the intersection of Parham Road and Homeview Drive.
- Upgraded traffic signal at the intersection of Parham Road and Skipwith Road.
- New crosswalks for the intersections of Fortune Road at Parham Road and Dancer Road at Parham.
Estimated Schedule:
- Design is underway.
- Right-of-way acquisition complete.
- Utility relocation is anticipated to begin in October, 2025.
- Advertisement for construction is anticipated to begin in 2026.
- Construction is anticipated to begin in 2027.

- A public information meeting was held on June 21, 2023, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at J.R. Tucker High School, 2910 North Parham Road, Henrico, 23273.
