Parham Rd Pedestrian Intersection Improvements – Staples Mill Rd

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity at the Parham Road Intersections with Staples Mill Road & Hungary Springs Road. The following improvements will be constructed, including: 

• Add/Improve pedestrian crossing facilities at Parham Road / Staples Mill Intersection. 
• Construct approximately 200 ft of sidewalk on Parham Road east of Staples Mill Road. 

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year) 

• Design is underway.
• Right-of-way acquisition is not required.  
• Utility relocation is not required. 
• Advertisement for construction is anticipated for 2025. 
• Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025.
