S. Laburnum Ave. Southbound Sidewalk

Magisterial District: Varina

Approximately 3,100-ft of new sidewalk along the western side of S. Laburnum Avenue from 600-ft south of Gay Avenue to Williamsburg Road. Project includes upgrades to existing transit bus stops within the project limits.
Estimated Schedule: (Month Year)
Design is underway. Right-of-way acquisition is anticipated to start in the 4th Quarter, 2024. Utility relocation is anticipated to start in 2025. Advertisement for construction is anticipated for 2026. Construction is anticipated to commence in 2027.
