Project Description
The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:
- Approximately 2,000-ft of sidewalk along both sides of Shrader Road from E. Parham Rd to Eunice Dr.
- Associated ADA ramps across private entrances.
- Striped pedestrian crossing at Eunice Drive.

- Right-of-way acquisition is complete.
- Utility relocation is complete.
- Advertisement for construction is not anticipated.
- Construction is anticipated to begin in 4th quarter, 2026.
