The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:

• ​​Approximately 2,000-ft of sidewalk along both sides of Shrader Road from E. Parham Rd to Eunice Dr.
• ​Associated ADA ramps across private entrances.
• Striped pedestrian crossing at Eunice Drive.​

• Utility relocation is anticipated to begin ​2nd quarter, 2026
• Advertisement for construction is anticipated to begin in the 2nd quarter, 2026
