St. Claire Lane Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodation for pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:

Approximately 2,400 linear feet of sidewalk, curb and gutter, and associated drainage infrastructure on St. Claire Lane located between the existing sidewalk on Mechanicsville Turnpike and Hollybrook Townhouses.

Right-of-way acquisition completed.
Utility relocation is not anticipated.
Advertisement for construction is complete.
Construction began September 2022.
Project completed August 28, 2023.

A citizen information meeting was held on February 26, 2018.
Pre-Construction meeting held September 9, 2022.
Project is complete 7 photos of improvements beginning at Mechanicsville Turnpike extending to the cul-de-sac of St. Claire Lane.
