Magisterial District: Three Chopt Tuckahoe

The County of Henrico will be constructing the following improvements:

Sidewalk and curb ramp installation from Bexhill Road to Dinwiddie Avenue on both sides of Three Chopt Road.
Pedestrian crosswalks with push button crossing signals at Camden Drive.

Estimated Schedule

Design began March 2019.
Right-of-way acquisition is complete.
Utility relocation is complete.
Advertisement for construction completed August 2022.
Construction is anticipated to begin January 2023.
Project completion is anticipated June 2023.

A citizen information meeting was held August 10, 2020 at the Ridge Elementary School bus loop.
100% plans final comments being addressed, bid documents and signatures in process.
