Willow Lawn Area Mobility Study

The County of Henrico is studying bicycle and pedestrian accommodations in the Willow Lawn area from Willow Lawn Drive to Libbie Avenue and West Broad Street to just south of Monument Avenue at the County line.  The County is also evaluating routes that provide connectivity to other developments such as Libbie Mill and the City of Richmond facilities.  The County will develop the following:

• Conceptual designs for bicycle and pedestrian facilities in the study area.

An online public feedback survey was open from January 2, 2024 to January 19, 2024.  A summary of the survey results is provided in the documents section below.
