Henrico County 2013-14 Annual Consolidated Community Development Action Plan – as Amended April 7, 2014
The Annual Action Plan is submitted to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each year. The Plan describes how the County intends to use its allocation of CDBG and HOME funds in 2013-14 and the outcomes expected utilizing these funds. (Amended April 7, 2014)
