Henrico County 2015-2020 Consolidated Community Development Plan- as Amended April 4, 2016
Amended February 8 and April 4, 2016. Every five years, Henrico County submits a Five-Year Consolidated Community Development Plan to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) outlining general goals and objectives for the use of the CDBG, HOME and ESG funds. This five-year plan was developed for 2015 through 2020 and incorporates the 2015-2016 Annual Action Plan.
