The Annual Action Plan is submitted to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each year. The Plan describes how the County intends to use its allocation of CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds in 2017-18 and the outcomes expected utilizing these funds. (Amended April 3, 2018)
