All parks and facilities are free to visit. They are typically open from dawn to dusk except for a few special amenities.

If you want to gather indoors…
You can reserve one of our recreation facilities. You can rent no more than one year and no less than 30 days before the requested date. Rates vary based on location. View the Reservation Guide, fee and application information on our Facilities site.

Shelters
There are picnic shelters that you can reserve for a small fee and some that are for open use (first-come, first-served). Head to our shelter page to find the list of locations with Reservable Shelters. Requests can be made online or in-person at our recreation centers. We also encourage you to review the Shelter Reservation Guide. If you plan to expand beyond the shelter, you may need additional approval.
Sports Fields

Events
A permit is required to hold outdoor events on park property and approval must be given before events can take place. The first step in the permitting process is to fill out an online application. After the application is submitted, a staff member will reach out. Please keep in mind that larger scale events require more permitting time than small or seasoned events.
