Public Comment Procedure
- Residents will be acknowledged by the Board Chair and will address all comments to the Board. Speakers will address the Board from the speaker’s lectern at the back of the room and will begin their remarks by stating their name and address. Discussions between speakers and members of the audience will not be allowed.
- Residents who have prepared written remarks or supporting documents for the public comment period or a public hearing are asked to email the documents or remarks to the Board Clerk at [email protected]. Residents bringing hardcopy documents to share with the Board of Supervisors during a meeting should deliver them to a Sheriff’s deputy in attendance, who will deliver them to the Clerk for inclusion in the record of the meeting.
