Temporary Use Permit
Now LIVE!
This service has moved to Build Henrico, the county’s all new online land management solution.
A temporary use permit is an administrative process to allow a one-time special event that is not permanent in nature. Any site improvements related to the event are not permanent (tents, fencing, trailers, stages, etc.) and will be removed at the conclusion of the event or activity, returning the property to its original condition. To apply for a temporary use permit, register or log into Build Henrico, select “Land Development Applications,” and click the “Temporary Use Permit” link under the “Administrative Approvals” group. The application is created as soon as you click the link, so please have the address, parcel number, and description of your request ready when you begin, as well as a site plan and any other documents you wish to attach to your request.
