Varina Supervisor Tyrone Nelson will host a town hall meeting Monday, Nov. 2, 6 p.m., at the Varina Area Library, 1875 New Market Road. Topics include an overview of Henrico’s affordable housing initiative, the Rebuild Henrico project, and updates from the Police Division and the Planning and Public Works departments.
