Call centers open to assist residents with COVID-19 questions

Two hotlines, operated by personnel from the Richmond and Henrico Health Districts and by Henrico County general government staff, are available to help residents with questions about COVID-19.

  • For health/medical questions: (804) 205-3501, open 8 a.m.-8 p.m., every day.
  • For questions about Henrico County government facilities, services and operations: (804) 501-5655, open 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Residents also can check Henrico’s coronavirus webpage for updated information about county facilities and services. Additional resources, including information from the Virginia Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, is available on the COVID-19 Central Virginia Public Information dashboard.
