Multimodal Improvements on S. Laburnum Avenue over I-64

The County of Henrico will be constructing improvements along S. Laburnum Avenue between Thornhurst Street and Gay Avenue. The following improvements will be constructed, including:
- Sidewalk facilities, where currently not installed, on both sides of S. Laburnum Avenue north of the I-64 westbound off-ramp and on the west side of S. Laburnum Avenue south of the I-64 westbound off-ramp.
- Curb ramps, pedestrian crossing accommodations, proposed GRTC transit stop improvements, and intersection modifications.
