The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity at the Parham Road Intersection with Hungary Spring Road. The following improvements will be constructed, including: 

• Add/Improve pedestrian crossing facilities at intersection of the Parham Road / Hungary Spring Road intersection.

• Advertisement for construction is not anticipated ​
• Construction is anticipated to begin ​in 2027
