Virginia Center Commons (VCC) ​Ring Road Lighting​ & Tree Removal

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian safety. The following improvements will be constructed, including: 

• ​​The installation of self-sustaining light fixtures to light approximately 4,500-ft of the ring road at Virginia Center Commons.​ 

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year) 

• Design is underway. 
• Right-of-way acquisition is underway.
• Utility relocation is not anticipated.
• Advertisement for construction is anticipated to begin Nov-2025.
• Construction is anticipated to begin ​in Jan-2026.
