The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian safety. The following improvements will be constructed, including:

  • ​​The installation of metered light fixtures to light approximately 4,500-ft of the ring road at Virginia Center Commons.​

  • Utility relocation is not anticipated.
