The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian safety. The following improvements will be constructed, including:
- The installation of metered light fixtures to light approximately 4,500-ft of the ring road at Virginia Center Commons.
Estimated Schedule:
- Design is underway.
- Right-of-way acquisition is complete.
- Utility relocation is not anticipated.
- Advertisement for construction is anticipated to begin 2nd Quarter, 2026.
