The Whispering Pines and Commerce Acres Area Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project area is approximately bounded by Sunnybrook Road (north), West Broad Street (east), Capehart Road (south), and Capehart Road/Biscayne Road (west).
The Whispering Pines and Commerce Acres Area Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project will:
- Rehabilitate approximately 10,300 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe
- Replace approximately 1,900 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe
