The County of Henrico will be constructing the following improvements:

  • ​​A new vehicular turnaround at the north end of Winfrey Road prior to the Dominion Power Transmission Corridor.

  • ​​​This project is adjacent to the Fall Line Trail Northern Section project being administered by VDOT.

    • ​​​

  • Right-of-way acquisition is underway.
  • Utility relocation is anticipated beginning Q1, 2025.
