Project Description
The County of Henrico will be constructing the following improvements:
- A new vehicular turnaround at the north end of Winfrey Road prior to the Dominion Power Transmission Corridor.
- This project is adjacent to the Fall Line Trail Northern Section project being administered by VDOT.
