Henrico County 2019-20 Annual Consolidated Community Development Action Plan- as amended March 26, 2024
The Annual Action Plan is submitted to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each year. The Plan describes how the County intends to use its allocation of CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds in 2019-20 and the outcomes expected utilizing these funds. This document has been updated with the most recently amended version from March 26, 2024.
