Community Policing
Community Officers are police officers who provide a critical link between Henrico Police and the community. Community Officers are assigned to specific zones/communities throughout Henrico County, serving both residents and businesses within those borders. They assume a partnership role with the communities they serve and actively seek to establish relationships with business leaders, community leaders and residents. Community Officers address crime and quality of life issues by working with residents and businesses to find solutions to public safety issues.
