A pre-application meeting is a required step in the Rezoning, Conditional Rezoning, Provisional Use, and Planned Development processes. There is no fee for this meeting/service.

The potential applicant is encouraged to provide a full written description of the proposed use/development and a conceptual plan showing the location and general layout of the proposed development via the form below.

Please allow 3 days for staff to contact you regarding the scheduling of the pre-application meeting. Staff will coordinate the meeting time with the potential applicant and necessary staff and will provide confirmation prior to the meeting date. Meetings can be held in person in the Department of Planning offices or via Webex at the applicant’s request.
