Varina Supervisor Tyrone Nelson will host a town hall meeting Wednesday, Nov. 4, 10 a.m., at the Henrico Theatre, 305 E. Nine Mile Road. Topics include an overview of Henrico’s affordable housing initiative, the Rebuild Henrico project, and updates from the Police Division and the Planning and Public Works departments.
