The object of this action is to grant the Plaintiff, Latisha Shamond Lett-Cofield, a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant, Thomas Americus Goodall, on the grounds of having lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period exceeding twelve (12) months pursuant to§ 20-91(A)(9) of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
It appearing by Motion and Affidavit of the Plaintiff, by counsel, that the Defendant’s whereabouts are unknown, and that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the location of the Defendant, whose last known address is at True Recovery RVA, 2604 North Parham Road, Richmond, Virginia 23294.
And it further appearing to the Court that good cause exists to grant the Plaintiffs request for an Order of Electronic Publication.
It is therefore ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that the Plaintiff’s request for an Order of Electronic Publication is hereby granted.
And it is further ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that the Defendant appear before this Honorable Court on or before November 30, 2026, a date at least fifty (50) days after entry of this order, at 9 AM, and protect his interests herein.
And it is further ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that the above paragraphs be electronically published once a week for four (4) successive weeks on the Henrico Circuit Court website in lieu of publication in a newspaper; and that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the Henrico County Circuit Court courthouse; and that a copy of this Order he mailed to the Defendant at his last known address at True Recovery RVA,2604 North Parham Road, Richmond, Virginia 23294.
And it is further ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that the Clerk ofthis Court shall promptly cause copies of this Order to be so electronically posted, mailed to Defendant’s last kn.own address, and mailed to the attorney of record in this matter. Upon completion of such electronic publication, the Clerk of this Court shall file a certificate with the papers in this matter that the requirements of§ 8.01-317 of the Code of Virginia,. 1950, as amended, have been complied with.
