Montrose Terrace Area Water & Sewer Rehabilitation

This project will rehabilitate approximately 3,575 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer pipe and associated sewer service connections and replace approximately 5,050 feet of 4-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch water pipe and associated water services. The enclosed map shows the location of the proposed work. Our Department, the Henrico County Department of Public Utilities (DPU), will manage this project.  We have hired a contractor, G.L. Howard, Inc., to complete the project.
