Solar Panel Certification Program at Henrico’s Jail East

Henrico County’s Sustainability Division collaborated with FLIPP Inc. on the solar panel certification program. This program is offered to inmates who are nearing their release from Henrico’s Jail East, and it provided training to prepare individuals to work as solar panel installers.
