Purpose: To serve as the trustee of funds designated by the County to be held, accumulated, and invested for the purpose of funding. To invest funds in accordance with VA Code requirements, maintain records of all proceedings and make the records available to the public, and provide the Board an annual report on the fund's performance and financial status.
