Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Program (VESMP)
Henrico County administers a Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Program (VESMP) as required by the Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Act (§ 62.1-44.15:24 et seq. of the Code of Virginia). The requirements of the program, as well as the other environmental programs implemented in the County, are described in the Henrico County Environmental Compliance Manual.
