What Else Should I Know? 

• See RHHD’s School Health Hub for information about school-required immunizations and physicals, school health resources, and much more. 
• Please verify that your insurance is accepted or that you meet financial restrictions to qualify for coverage ahead of time.  Please bring your card with you to your appointment.  
• Bring all medications and vaccine records with you to your appointment.  
• Minors must bring a parent or legal guardian.
