Account Facts
Passwords will no longer be required. Instead, each time you sign-in, a one‑time passcode will be sent to your email. You will enter this code to verify your identity and access your account. Therefore, you must have access to the account email address.
As part of this change, existing users will need to complete a quick account setup the first time you sign-in.
Organizations with multiple users
If you are a licensed contractor, we recommend the owner and/or license holder for the company create the main account. From there, all employees should create their own personal log-in and associate themselves with the company using the Contractor PIN feature of Build Henrico.
If you are not a licensed contractor and you need to share an account, you may wish to set up a shared email address.
Shared company sign-in information
If your company uses a shared sign-in and you need to update the email address used to access the system, you can make this change yourself by going to your profile and selecting the Change Email button.
